| Description | Slitter / rewinder with visual inspection, label checking and an Ixor programmable labeling head (2019). Unwind with tension control. Electric operation with foot pedal. For rewinding rolls in register to smaller size rolls with up to 6 roll knives and separators. During the process the labels can be counted (numbers and meters) and checked visually for quality and missing labels. The Ixor can add an extra label (e.g. warning) in register onto the web where normally this would have been done with a more expensive label from e.g. a screen printer (operating with a touch screen colour panel). |
